Ultimate Cuisine’s individually priced A’ la Carte menus provide you with maximum flexibility in planning your event menu. Choose from Butler Passed Hors d’Oeuvres, Displayed Appetizers, Cook Stations, Buffet or Sit-Down Dinners, and Dessert Buffet menus. Or perhaps a Brunch, Luncheon, or Barbecue menu would be more appropriate for your event. And unlike the a’ la carte menus of some other companies, freedom of choice from Ultimate Cuisine does not mean you’re getting a “bare bones” meal. All of our dinners include china, silverware, linen napkins, and water glasses. And all of our meals include clothed and skirted buffet tables and all of the equipment required to prepare and present the meal, at no extra cost! As you look over Ultimate Cuisine’s menus, you’ll probably notice right away that we show you our prices. That’s because we realize that when you begin planning your catered event, one of the first things you’ll need to know is about how much it’s likely to cost. You’ve probably also noticed that most other catering sites leave this most important bit of information out. But please don’t penalize us for their secrecy…regardless of your budget or your needs, give us a call. We’re confident that no other company can provide the same quality of food and service that Ultimate Cuisine does for less. Once you have an idea of the kind of menu you would like to have, one of our event planning professionals will help you put it all together with beverage services, staffing, rentals, and any other specialty items and accessories needed to complete your special catered event.
