Ultimate Cuisine, Inc. began over 20 years ago as a company catering primarily to private yachts and charter boats doing dinner cruises. Over the years, our reputation for quality food and attentive service grew, and so did our business. Today, we provide full-service, off-premise catering for all types of events, from 25 to over 10,000 guests. As a “full service” caterer, Ultimate Cuisine is able to provide the same high quality food and service, regardless of the event location. If a suitable kitchen is available at the event location, we may use it to do the final preparation. If a suitable kitchen is not available, then we construct a field kitchen using tents, folding tables, propane cooking equipment, and even electrical generators if necessary.

is handled by our highly
trained, professional event staff.
